The Makeup Institute provides you with the training needed to become a successful professional makeup artist specializing in beauty, film, television or print media.
We offer day and evening classes. Class comprises Lecture, Demonstration and Student Practice. These classes were created in response to the many requests made over the years for help in getting started as a makeup artist
Effective November 1, 2010, a certificate will be given out only for classes of 4 or more days: or having clocked in a minimum of 28 hours. Students will, however receive a letter of attendance for other workshops taken. When the minimum total of 28 hours has been met, a Certificate of Makeup Artistry will be issued.

These workshops should be selected according to your skill level. Unless you have completed the equivalent of Jump Start Week Level 1, the beginner-intermediate levels classes would be best suited to start.
